Fulton, July 22 - Austin Grimes, 37, who resided two miles north of here on highway 25, died following an illness of one year at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Rochester nursing home. Born December, 1915 in Crawfordsville, he was the son of James and Dora (Anderson) Grimes. On April 19, 1938, he was united in marriage with Pauline Bannon. She survives with four sons, Robert, U.S. Navy stationed in San Francisco; Ronald, James and Stanley, and one daughter, Rita, all at home; his father, James, Sandusky, O.; four brothers, Andrew, Waveland; Joseph, Kenosha, Wis.; Lester, Crawfordsville; and Loren, Brown's Valley, Ind.; one sister, Mrs. Julia Grider, also of Crawfordsville; two half-sisters, Mrs. Wanita Hall, Shoals; and Mrs. Mary Sims, Sandusky. The body was taken to the Ditmire funeral home in Fulton where funeral arrangements are being completed.
